Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long to prepare an estimate?
An appointment is not necessary. Gagne Brothers estimators are available during normal business hours:
An normal estimate can take around 15 minutes to prepare. We have a very comfortable waiting area for our clients enjoyment.
Can I get an estimate on the phone?

However, if this is your only option, we will do everything we can to make sure you are fully accommodated.
Can I get a ride home when I drop off my vehicle?
Absolutely, just let us know prior to dropping off so we can coordinate accordingly.
***Our Max Drop Off Mileage Is 5 Miles***
Can I get additional work done on my vehicle while it's in the shop for my insurance claim?
Of Course! Let one of our staff know with an "extra" list of needs when dropping off your vehicle and we will take care of the issues.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
When I receive an insurance check, what should I do with it?
Checks received from the insurance company go directly towards the repair of the vehicle.
